The study aimed to identify the level of social skills of football coaches in Samarra according to the years of work in training, and to identify the differences in the level of social skills in the football coaches in Samarra according to the years of work in training, For its suitability and the nature of the research, The research society consisted of (30) football coaches in Samarra, and the sample consisted of (24).

The researcher concluded that all football coaches under consideration in the city of Samarra enjoy an average level of social skills, despite the different years of work in training, and the existence of variation in the level (average) of the levels of social skills by years of work in training, Most years of work in training are more enjoyed in social skills and so for other categories under consideration.
