Abstract EN

The research aims first to identify the types of obstacles that stand in the process of application by students of the Faculty of Physical Education at the universities of Koya and Sulaymaniyah.

And the importance of the arrangement of obstacles in the students of the Faculty of Physical Education at the universities of Koya and Sulaymaniyah.

And also on the level of handicaps in the students of the Faculty of Physical Education at the universities of Koya and Sulaymaniyah.

- The researcher assumes that there are statistically significant differences between the obstacles of practical application in the study sample.

And differences of statistical significance in the obstacles of application of students of physical education at the universities of Qweih and Sulaymaniyah.

The researcher used the descriptive method in a descriptive manner to suit his suitability and the nature of the problem.

The sample of the study consisted of (163) male and female students in the fourth stage of the Faculty of Physical Education / Physical Education School (Koya and Sulaymaniyah Universities) (31) students, while the number of students of physical education school at the University of Sulaymaniyah (132) students, and after obtaining the results were discussed in a scientific way supported by sources to achieve the objectives of the research.

The results were presented and analyzed and discussed in the fourth chapter after the Methods and Statistical laws in order to facilitate dealing with them.

The fifth chapter included the conclusions reached by the researcher and their importance, including - the lack of tools and sports equipment and the lack of stadiums and sports devices without achieving the goal of studying physical education.
