The study aimed to identify the level of organizational flexibility and self-efficacy of physical education teachers in preparatory schools in Baghdad, and then to identify the relationship of organizational flexibility with their self-efficacy, and the descriptive approach was adopted in the style of relational studies, on a sample of teachers and female physical education teachers in middle schools who are continuing their time The number of (284) individuals were randomly selected at a rate of (87.654% ) of their original community, The researcher's prepared two scales according to the determinants and steps of measurement and evaluation in sports management, and then applied the final image of these two paper scales to the application sample at the headquarters of each of the preparations within the administrative formations of the six education directorates in Baghdad so that the period of the main survey study applied to them for the period of time extending from one day Tuesday (10/15/2019) until Sunday (12/22/2019), then the results are processed by the Social Statistical Package System (SPSS-V26), so that the conclusions and applications are that the middle schools management in Baghdad needs a better level of flexibility Organizational support for physical education teachers, and physical education teachers need to raise their level of self-efficacy to keep pace with the requirements of their teaching in middle schools, Organizational flexibility is linked to moral self-efficacy and to a positive attitude among physical education teachers in middle schools in Baghdad, and it is imperative that the Ministry of Education and its directorates take it upon themselves to improve organizational flexibility and give more powers to the management of preparatory schools because of their important role in supporting the educational process in studying physical education.

Especially one of the most important pillars of teaching, male and female teachers, in increasing their level of self-efficacy.
