The problem is summarized by the fact that the training programs proposed by the trainers for the 100m and 200m contestants did not take into account the individual differences between the two actions due to the lack of a study that touched the biomechanical variables during some of the technical stages (start, acceleration, top speed) of these two activities.

This research is devoted to explore this problem by using the Dynafoot3 system, through which biomechanical pressures of the front and back feet can be extracted accurately and for all parts of the foot areas and for each step of the race.

As for the aim of the research, it is to identify the relationship between mechanical pressure (pressure and strength variables).

(Shoot on the front and back feet of the start, acceleration and top speed of the 100m event.

The research community is identified as those (6) players of the Iraq team for the 100m and 200m effectiveness of running The sample represents 100% of the community.

Two attempts are given to each player for the two events, i.

12); an attempt for the effectiveness of (100 m) and (12) an attempt for the effectiveness of (200 m).

e) the number of attempts is (24) on all areas of the race, analyzed by the program (Kinova -0.8.20) and statistically processed by the program (spss).

After discussing and analyzing the results, the research comes up with some conclusions: Through analysis of the events 100 m and 200 M in the starting stage on the starting armrest there is an effect of some variables of mechanical pressure on the front and back feet areas, especially the back foot of the 100-meter event where pressure for the back foot is greater than the pressure for the back foot in the 200-meter effectiveness and is evident in the thumb area and the second and third toe of the foot in the event 100 m and the lowest pressure and strength for the effectiveness of 200 m.

The use of the advanced and modern Dynafoot 3 device is recommended to research the reasons for poor performance in the technical stages in the race for the two events (100 m) and (200 m) by repeating scientific experiments on the players periodically to find out the defect.
