Abstract EN
The study aimed at identifying the effect of a proposed interval training approach to oxygenating a distance of (10) km in developing some biochemical variables among players applying for bicycles, and identifying the differences between the pre and posttests of the experimental group in developing some biochemical variables among players of cyclists, the sample consisted of(4) players in the Erbil national team, , who were chosen in direct way, and the exploratory experiment and the main experiment represented by pretests of the research variables were applied, then the introductory training curriculum for a distance of (10) km was applied, and the training curriculum was applied The period of low intensity for a period of (8) weeks, and the posttest were conducted for the variables under investigation.
The researchers used the one-group experimental approach, and because it was more appropriate to the nature of the research problem to be solved, and the statistical system (SPSS) was used to extract accurate data and obtain results through the statistical applications provided by this system, which are summarized as follows: Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, value Calculated t, probability value (two probabilities), statistical significance level, statistical significance level (0.05) ≥ 0.0.
The researchers reached the following conclusions; -There is a positive effect of the proposed interval training approach to oxygenating a distance of (10) km in the development of some biochemical variables among cyclists' players.
-Significant differences emerged between the pre and posttests in some biochemical tests among cyclists' players.
