The research seeks to develop two training curricula for exercises that bear the strength of the muscles of the arms, abdomen and legs, and to know the extent of its effect on the level of performance on the parallel apparatus of different heights in your gymnastics.

The experimental approach was used, and the female research community was represented by the characteristics of the effectiveness of gymnastics in the Department of Physical Education at the College of Education for Girls and the research sample consisted of (20) students who were chosen in an intentional way.

The main research procedures included conducting homogeneity and parity between the two experimental research groups in the variables of age, length and mass, And the level of skill performance on a woman's parallel height device, as well as on the pre-test of the research sample in the front authority test to measure the strength tolerance of the muscles of the arms, abdomen and legs and measure the level of skill performance of the movements on the device of the parallel height, and then the two training curricula were implemented for strength-bearing exercises for the muscles of the arms, abdomen and legs For the two experimental groups, the post-test was performed using the same procedures as the pre-testA set of conclusions were reached, including: The most recent training curricula for strength-bearing exercises for the muscles of the arms, abdomen and legs have significantly improved the skillful performance level of the two experimental groups for research.

The researchers made a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: - Emphasizing the gymnastic trainers for girls, using various exercises to attribute strength to the muscles of the arms and with stress and training volumes commensurate with their capabilities and physical capabilities and their adaptation to hospitalization.
