The Ping-Pong is one of the tennis games and one of the Olympic Games.

The researcher is a former table tennis player and coach.

Through his experience with Biomechanics and its practical aspects, he comes up with the conclusion that there are many game related tools that can greatly contribute to the development of the speed and accuracy of forehand and back hand stroke.

The problem of the research lies in not using those tools by modern exercises and coaches, instead of the classical ones which have been hugely adopted.

In addition, there are some points of weakness in the training phases which directly or indirectly would affect tactics of the player's performance and biomechanical changes.

This would instantly affect the ball in accuracy and speed.

The research aims at preparing special training using utilities to develop some kinematic variables and the accuracy and speed of the forehand and backstroke of the sample of the research, as well as to be acquainted with the values of some kinematic variables, accuracy and speed of the forehand and back stroke of the sample of the research.

Also important is an acquaintance with the impact of special training using the tools In developing some kinematic variables, accuracy and speed of the forehand and back stroke of the sample of the research.

The exercise model is used.

Two sets of exercises are designed for this purpose.

Those exercises have been practiced by (4) tennis players (15-17 years old) of Koya Sport Club.

These sets of exercises designed by the researchers according to kinematics have been conducted for 6 weeks, four days a week.

All strokes have been recorded with the assistance of (KINOVEA) program.

Results have been analyzed.

The research comes up with some conclusions: Firstly, exercises of some kinematics changes can help developing the speed and accuracy of spin forehand stroke.

Proposed tools can clearly help spin forehand and backhand.

In addition, accuracy of spin backhand and forehand can be achieved through some kinematics changes, especially through two-net tool.
