Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في القرارات الصادرة عن مؤتمرات القمة العربية تجاه الأزمة السورية و الأزمة اليمنية خلال الفترة (2011-2020)، حيث ظهرت أهمية الدراسة في تناول تأثير المنظمات الإقليمية في تسوية المنازعات بالطرق السلمية في سياق الدراسات الإقليمية.

و قد استخدمت الدراسة منهج الدراسات المقارنة، و منهج تحليل المضمون للإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس للدراسة : كيف تناول مؤتمر القمة العربية الأزمة السورية و الأزمة اليمينة خلال الفترة (2011-2020)؟ و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج و التوصيات، أهمها : بروز تأثير الأزمة السورية في قرارات القمة العربية خلال الفترة (2011-2020) بشكل كبير أكثر من الأزمة اليمنية التي ظهرت أقل تأثيرًا، و في المقابل لم تستطع مؤسسة القمة العربية الخروج بقرارات مؤثرة تجاه الأزمة السورية و الأزمة اليمنية بسبب تأثير الخلافات العربية العربية و حالة التدخلات الإقليمية و الدولية، و قد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالدراسات الإقليمية، و بشكل خاص المنظمات الإقليمية، و ضرورة تطبيق آليات التعاون العربي، و نبذ الخلافات العربية العربية للحيلولة دون التدخلات الإقليمية و الدولية.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the Syrian and Yemeni crisis in the Arab summit conferences 2011 -2020, and the study touched on the role of the League of Arab States in settling the Yemeni and Syrian crisis, and the study highlighted the Arab Spring revolutions and their repercussions on the cleaner of the Middle East and the Arab world and the regional changes brought about by highlighting The state of competition between the regional powers, especially Iran and Turkey, and their impact on the Syrian and Yemeni crisis, The study also dealt with international efforts to settle the Syrian and Yemeni crisis through International Security Council resolutions and the Geneva and Astana conferences and their role in settling the Syrian crisis, as well as the Gulf Cooperation Council initiative in 2011.

The study highlighted the role of the Arab Summit Foundation in the Arab summit conferences since 2011-2020 during the period of the Syrian and Yemeni revolution and the pursuit of a settlement between the parties to achieve the aspirations of the Syrian and Yemeni people.

The study relied on the institutional methodology to give importance to the Arab Summit Foundation, the content content analysis methodology to study political phenomena such as summit decisions and the analysis of their content, and the comparative approach to highlight the similarities and differences between the two crises.

The study reached the following results and recommendations: The study confirmed that the Arab League is unable to find any settlement for the Syrian and Yemeni crises.

The study recommended the need to embody and activate the national and unitary dimension of the Arab countries in settling disputes and internal crises, especially the Syrian and Yemeni crisis
