Abstract EN

This study attempts to address the contribution of management ethics to achieving development through the presentation of some international experiences, by showing the distinct aspects and the pillars on which the American, Japanese, Malaysian and Arab administrations are based, and identifying the experiences that have been successful and emulating them, and failed experiences and learning from them, especially through the cultural behavior represented in the self-discipline of individuals and to identify the dimensions of concepts and practices used in successful administrations that helped establish self-discipline in the field of work in order to benefit from them in the Algerian administration.
