Summary in EnglishThis research aims to shed light on the linguistic situation in Algeria, as one of the manifestations of cultural security and societal cohesion, to achieve linguistic security which is the basis of the identity dimension.

Taking into account the linguistic hierarchy, then we discussed the most important linguistic problems that the linguistic and communicative reality arises from the language at all levels, and in various areas of life by answering the problem presented: - What are the most important problems presented by the linguistic reality in Algeria? What is the relationship of classical Arabic with languages and dialects? - What are the linguistic phenomena resulting from linguistic practice within Algerian society? , And we have adopted to address this problem the descriptive approach corresponding to the nature of the study
