Abstract EN

This article aims to study models of Alhabti’s individualities in Waqf and Ibtida from Surat Alana’am.

The importance of the study lies in studying Alhabt’s Waqf, which contradicts most of Mushaf’s editions, and which does not make use of Alhabt’s Waqf.

It is a manuscript consisting of the words on which Waqf is placed in Moroccan Mushafs.

It was symbolized as (ص) without diversity of symbols of degrees of Waqf between Kafi, Hasan and Tam.

The study also aims to address Waqfs based on their rules and restrictions and to what extent they agree with scholars’ opinions.

The study employs the inductive approach to collect the individualities, the descriptive approach to present Alhabti’s approach and the scholars’ opinions, and the analytic approach to study these individualities.

The study falls into four sections: the first tackles the issues of separation and connection and the impact of the meaning of letters.

The second identifies the positions of Alhabti’s individualities in Surats Alan’am and Ala’raf.

The third clarifies the positions of Alhabt’s individualities in Surats Alanfal and Taubah, and the fourth identifies Alhabti’s individualities in Surats Yunus and Houd.

The study concludes with a number of findings including: Imam Habti tends to use Waqf on commands and prohibitions, taking into account meanings.

However, he disregards the preferable opinion, but rather he finds the reason of Waqf to be enough.

However, needless to say that Alhabti exerts a lot of efforts in serving the Holy Qur’an.
