Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the reality of digital transformation in education offices in Riyadh from the point of view of educational supervisors.

to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed of (25) items distributed over five areas : the level of digital transformation culture, the availability of human resources capable of dealing with the level of digital transformation technology, the management and financing of the digital transformation level, the digital level of technology use transformation., and provide security measures to protect the level of information and data.

the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (218) educational supervisors.

the results showed that the culture of the level of digital transformation came in the first place, and the availability of human resources second, while the management and financing of digital transformation came in the last place.

the average response of the study sample to the questionnaire domains was 3.12.

the results also showed that there were differences between the study members about the level of.

the culture of digital transformation, the availability of human resources, and the use of technology for digital transformation in education offices in Riyadh, for the benefit of those with academic qualifications (PhD).

in favor of those, who have (three courses and more) in digital management, and at the level of digital transformation culture, and the absence of differences between study members on the areas of the reality of digital transformation due to the variable number of years of experience.
