Abstract EN

The current study aimed to reveal the impact of the application of simultaneous e-learning tools in developing digital skills for secondary school teachers in the city of Makkah al-Mukarramah and to identify the reality of their possession of the digital education skills necessary for them in public education institutions.

in order to achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and prepared a scale that includes the main axes to achieve the objectives of the study.

the results of the study showed the following the degree of female teachers' possession of digital culture skills is high and high with a percentage of (73.2%).

the results also showed that the degree of female teachers' possession of digital dialogue and communication skills was (67.5%).

the results also revealed that the female teachers included in the research agreed with a high degree of (72.2%) that the effect of applying simultaneous E-learning tools in developing female teachers' digital skills is high and high.

the results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average response of female teachers in diagnosing the reality of female teachers' possession of digital education skills (digital culture skills and digital dialogue and communication skills) necessary for them in public education institutions according to the variables of education and experience.

the study recommended the necessity of holding workshops and specialized meetings to demonstrate the importance of applying simultaneous e-learning tools to developing digital culture skills for female teachers of all disciplines.
