Abstract EN

This study aimed to establish the necessary standards for the production of narrative texts aimed at early childhood (6-9 years) and to analyze a number of stories produced during the period between 2000 and 2014 and to indicate their linguistic and cultural advantages, and the complexity of this age range from childhood, and to reveal the commitment of the child's book of these standards, was used descriptive analytical method to achieve the objectives of this study, where the researcher designed the study tool and wisdom, and demonstrated the sincerity and persistence, and collected data and information and after processing statistically, which connect the study.

the study concluded with a number of results, the most prominent of which were the gaps, weaknesses and negativities in early childhood narrative production and the presence of positives in this output in terms of linguistic dictionary, words, structures, expressions and sentences.

the available narrative product does not take into consideration the developmental needs and characteristics of the child at the required level.

at the end of the study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are the development of criteria that are necessary for the development of child production at the quantitative and qualitative levels, in line with the stages of childhood in general.
