An employee within the public service shall be obliged to appear in the workplace and carry out the job duties assigned to him, and in the assumption that he departs from this path, to be absent from his work without legal justification, his salary shall be deducted as far as the period of absence, taking into account the principle that the salary is entitled for the performance of service, in the event that he is absent for at least 15 consecutive days without reasonable justification and where the position of negligence is established against him, the administration shall have the power to remove him from office.

from this point of view, we will work to clarify the provisions that the Algerian legislator singled out for negligence of office, and whether they would protect the unarmed employee?
