Abstract EN

In this study, we address the provisions of “performance orders” in accordance with the Saudi commercial courts law and its executive regulations, starting with the definition of the procedures for submitting and issuing the order, the method of grievance, objection and implementation.

the study concluded that the request to issue a performance order is a request submitted to the court by the creditor to decide on it without litigation or confrontation, and its procedures and provisions differ from the normal lawsuit procedures.

and that there are two ways to oppose performance orders according to the law, namely: grievance and objection by appeal, but the practical reality showed that objection by means of appeal is used more than objection by grievance.
