This study deals with minerals in two parts: essence and property, from the point of view of Islamic and legal jurisprudence, in addition to what has been established by the laws, with the aim of knowing what is considered a mineral and to determine who has the right to own mineral wealth, especially if it appears in the private domain.

it was concluded that metal is very natural material created in ground and has an economic value, and that the owner of the right to its ownership is the whole nation, in order to take in to account the public interest, and because the substance is distinct in itself and its value from the land in which it is located, so it does not follow it.
