in order to achieve the desired goals and results of the investment oriented industrial real estate, it was necessary to subject the management of the latter to institutions that ensure its optimal management in order to be ready to receive investment projects on it.

exploiting operations.

although these institutions vary in terms of the powers entrusted to each of them, they share one goal, which is to activate the best means and methods for exploiting industrial real estate in support of investment projects, with the need to value this important national real estate property.

this is what the Algerian legislator focused on by assigning the management of industrial real estate initially to the highest pyramid of the executive authority, i.e.

what is known as national authorities, then local authorities.
