Abstract EN

This article aims to study the Takfiri thought and compromised thought and their impact on the Muslim society.

It also aims to highlight the issues and thoughts that arise in the Muslim society.

The Islamic nation is known as a middle nation as described by Allah.

However, there have appeared some issues or thoughts in the Muslim society in a disgraceful way especially in modern era.

Takfiri thought brought the sinners out of Islam without restrictions or conditions.

Compromised thought, however, neglected all sins at all levels, thus Islamic nation became between two extremes.

The study also tries to distinguish between the issue of deviation and that of change.

It employs the descriptive approach, discussing each issue critically.

It concludes with a number of results, the most important of which are: the Takfiri thought and compromise thought are actually against each other, the former does not accept any, and considers others enemies, the latter agrees to all, even at the expense of legal principles.

But both are reprehensible and based on misunderstanding of the legal texts.
