Abstract EN

This article aims to explore the Islamic thinker, Abdullah Alnafisi’s views, related to the rights of women, prisoners and politics.

The study employs the descriptive and analytical approaches.

It concludes with a number of findings, the most important of which are: Abdullah Alnafisi’s views are in line with Islamic Sharia.

Islam has guaranteed freedom of opinion and expression, and even made it one of the most paramount duties of a Muslim in exercising his rights and stand firm for justice and equality.
