Abstract EN

The study aims to clarify the concept and position of the Islamic values and their relationship with morals, and the importance of the management of charitable work and its role in fulfilling the objectives of charitable organizations.

The study employs the analytical and inductive approaches referring to the reliable sources and references to tackle the Islamic perspective related to the topic of the study, then analyzing them in comparison with the reality to draw the most important findings, taking into account the technical aspects of documentation, indexes and references.

The study concludes with a number of results, the most important of which are: values are part of the approach of Islamic Sharia, as being connected to morals, representing the third part of the Islamic provisions after doctrine and worship.

There are essential differences between the concept and values of charitable work in the Islamic thought and the modern Western thought.

The management in Islam does not only aim to achieve the materialistic benefit, but also to achieve the Man’s benefit for both the individual and the society.

Adherence to the Islamic values in thoughts, legalization and practice within the work of charitable organization is a critical pillar in the work success and achieving its goals.
