Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية للإدارة الالكترونية في محافظة الكرك من وجهة نظر المعلمين والتعرف على الفروق في قدرات المديرين في تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية، التي تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (284) معلماً و معلمة تم اختيار العينة بطريقة الطبقية العشوائية.

استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات بعد أن تم استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية لها "الصدق و الثبات".

أشارت نتائج الدراسة الى أن درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس للإدارة الالكترونية من وجهة نظر المعلمين و المعلمات جاءت بمستوى متوسط للكل و لمجال تجهيزات المدير الإدارية الإلكترونية الحديثة و ملحقاتها بالمدرسة و مهارات استخدام (التكنولوجية) المدير المدرسة في الإدارة الإلكترونية، و مرتفعة لمجال تطبيق المدير للإدارة الإلكترونية في الإدارة المدرسية في مجال شؤون الطلبة.

كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة في درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية للإدارة الالكترونية و مجالاتها في محافظة الكرك من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير الجنس، و لصالح الاناث، و المؤهل العلمي، لصالح ذوي المؤهل الأعلى، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة، و في ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم التوصل إلى مجموعه من التوصيات أبرزها ضرورة قیام مديريات التربية والتعليم بعقد دورات تدريبية تتعلق بتطوير عمل الإدارة المدرسية لمديري المدارس ضرورة تطوير البنية التحتية في المدارس الحكومية لتطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في كافة الأعمال الادارية.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of application of the electronic high school in the governorate of Karak from the teachers' point of view, and to identify the differences in the abilities of the principal in applying the electronic management, and it is attributed to the gender changes, academic qualification and experience.

The sample of the study consisted of (284) male and female teachers, and one sample was chosen in a random stratified method.

The questionnaire was used to collect data after extracting its psychometric characteristics such as "truthfulness and constancy".

The study results showed that the degree of high school principals' for the electronic application from the teachers' point of view came with an average level.

The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance in the degree of application by secondary school principals for the electronic management and its fields in Karak governorate from the teachers' point of view was attributed to the gender changes, and for the benefit of females, and the academic qualification for the benefit of those who have the highest academic qualifications and there are no significance statistical differences were attributed to the experience change.

In the light of the results of the study, a set of recommendations were reached, the most prominent of which is the need for education directorates to hold training courses related to developing the work of school management for school principals, developing the infrastructure in public schools to apply electronic management in all administrative work.
