Abstract EN

This article aims to develop a scientific methodology to deal with the difference in Tahrirat through examining some approaches to Tahrirat, comparing them to find out the positions of difference.

The study employs the inductive approach by extrapolating some Tahrirat books to pinpoint scholars’ approaches to them.

It also employs the descriptive and analytical approach to describe and analyze this phenomenon and its approaches, as well as how to deal with them.

The study also aims to explain the principles underlying scholars’ approaches to Tahrirat, identifying the origin of this science, its most famous approaches, and comparing these approaches.

The study concludes with a number of findings, the most important of which are: Tahrirat in Alrawdh Alnadhir by Imam Almutawali are accurate and based on the original “Fateh Alkarim” with reference to the origins of publication, not just what Imam Ibn Aljazari reported in his publication.
