قواعد التفسير عند بنت الشاطئ في كتابها التفسير البياني : دراسة استقرائية تحليلية

Abstract EN

This article aims to elicit rules of interpretation of the Holy Qur’an in Bint Alshat’s (died 1419AH) book “Attafsir Albyani” .

The importance of this study consists in enriching the interpretation library and enhancing this aspect as an emerging science, through collecting the interpretation rules and sectioning them with examples mentioned in her book.

The research concludes with some results, the most important of which are: Bint Alshat’s excellence in linguistics, specifically rhetoric, her high care of tracing the “word” in all the Qur’an so as to come up with the intended meaning, and in her interpretation she used to either initiate the interpretation herself or to reply to some opinions in this regard.
