This article aims to study and investigate part of Almuhit Alrahdwi by Imam Radhi Aldin Mohammed ben Mohammed Alsrkhasi (D 571AH).

This book is considered one of the important jurisprudential references in general and in Hanafi school in particular.

The study is divided into two sections, the first of which addresses the author’s personal and scientific life.

The second section deals with investigating part of the aforementioned book, starting from the beginning of Alssyar book “the biographies of the Prophet and his companions” to the end of the chapter on the description of jihad and the will for princes.
