Abstract EN

This article aims to tackle the concept of achievement of quality of public services in Islam.

The problem of the study centers on the fact that achievement of quality public services is a global demand.

It necessitates to provide the Islamic techniques in this regard according to the Islamic principles.

It also aims to understand the reality of quality public services in Islam, their importance and motives, and how to benefit from them in achieving these services in the contemporary time.

The study employs the inductive analytic approach.

The study concludes with several findings, the most important of which are: achieving the quality of public services needs achieving human and sustainable development.

It also needs responsible management to plan, follow up and work in a team spirit.

Other requirements include commitment to public work ethics, consideration of worker and client satisfaction, transparency, control and elimination of corruption, and the adoption of international standards adopted in achieving general quality.

The study recommends that field studies should be conducted to identify quality of public services in Islamic societies, treating the subsequent weaknesses through motives and techniques that achieve quality ofpublic services in Islam.
