Abstract EN

The development of the human sciences, especially economics, can shed light on discovering new issues in the prophetic texts that the predecessors did not focus on in past times.

The research aims to present these texts in a modern way by facilitating their understanding, removing them from their restricted jurisprudential language, transferring them to the modern economic language and making them general, with an attempt to present them in a scientific way, such as a comparison between different economic doctrines and as graphs if possible for some of them in order to increase their clarity and ease the delivery of their idea.

The use of the comparative method is important because it gives multiple readings, as it identifies points of participation and differences, strengths and weaknesses, the ability to explain and pay attention to new areas, and serious issues raised by the temporal and scientific development must be taken into account, especially the social and economic issues related to economic doctrines.

The research dealt with some texts issued by the Prophet Muhammad (may God bless him and his family and grant them peace) in light of economic thought, and came up with important results, including the possibility of Islamic economic thought, with its various doctrines, that gives alternatives and solutions upon application, especially in the social and economic sphere.

It also reached a recommendation to re-read the Islamic heritage in its economic dimension and to hold an annual conference or international prize for re-reading the prophetic texts in light of economic thought.
