As a result of the large number of traditional and electronic contracts and commercial transactions and the disputes that resulted from that, the need to find solutions and means that are alternative to the judiciary to resolve commercial disputes in a suitable time with giving consideration for both private and public interest.

As justice is the fundamental for ensuring the legal rights, the speed in rising them has become one of the features of the current time, while slow justice is not in line with the requirements of the modern era in which modern and technical means of telecommunication have spread.

Accordingly, several friendly methods that are confidential, flexible and not costly have emerged that consider important requirements for commercial activities, which have been approved by many internal and external laws and international agreements.

Among these methods is the conciliation which requires the presence of a third party enjoying integrity and impartiality and does not represent one of the dispute's parties, seeking to reach amicable solutions that satisfy the disputing parties and provides reassurance to them by the appropriate solution to avoid the judicial ruling of unknown consequences.
