Abstract EN

The importance of research lies in clarifying institutional performance in terms of concept and principle, because of the importance of the research sample universities and their role in society.

As for the research problem, it is in response to many challenges that educational institutions face, and there are several questions.

What is the extent of awareness of the dimensions of institutional performance by the sample members in the researched universities, does knowledge of institutional performance lead to good performance, and does it show knowledge of institutional performance with institutional performance.

The research also provides to identify the institutional performance in the researched universities, and the institutional performance itself, and the research sample included administrative leaders in the colleges of physical education and sports science in Iraqi universities, while the research findings have reached the researcher to: 1- The support of administrative leaders in educational institutions leads to a distinct institutional perf0rmance.

2-There is a great desire from administrative leaders to increase the quality of performance in their institutions in order to improve institutional performance.
