Abstract EN

This article aims to highlight the Fath and imaala chapter of the manuscript “Alfath Alrahmani Sharh Kanz Alma’ani bitahrir hirz Alamaani”, documenting and commenting on it, and highlighting Imam Jamrouzi’s methodology in this chapter.

This is done through employing the historical approach when introducing Imam Jamrouzi, and the descriptive and analytical approach when presenting the author’s approach, and the inductive comparative approach when presenting the issues and opinions mentioned in the manuscript.

The research concludes with some results, the most important of which are: the divisions of Imaala are three types: firstly, alkasrah referring to its origin, Imaala for Imaala’s sake, distinguishing the ways, caring when constructing and fabrication and mixing between them.

Secondly, launching Fath in the wawi for Imam Warsh.

Narration helps in launching the wawi and yaai.

Thirdly, Maghariba’s doctrine is Fath in the kasrah utterances in line with Shatibia’s approach
