Abstract EN

Research aims at the Constructing and rationing Measurement of Performance evaluating for leaders of the scouting movement according to criteria(Gsat) in Iraq.

The research problem, there are not study Performance evaluating for leaders of the scouting movement, for the improvement of the real action at the field level.

The researchers used the descriptive method, included sample search were about the sample numbered (265)leaders from Iraq.

which included divided the sample to the experiments expeditionary the sample numbered (24), sample construction the sample numbered (50), and a sample application of the sample numbered (191), represented sample their percentage (68.29% ) in original society, researchers used proper questionnaires an open and shut to a gaining the data processed, After that the data were treated statistically using SPSS.

we reached to conclusion that: The possibility of applying this measurement by Scout Association Iraq on scout leader to diagnose strengths and weaknesses.

The possibility of benefiting of this measurement by researchers and specialists because they can use each venue of this measurement as a means for measuring Performance Evaluating for Leaders.
