Sports activities such as boxing rely on basic skills as an important basis for progress so that coaches spend most of the time in training to perform these skills and teach them and give a greater share in training programs.
But many hours of physical training are not the only way to learn motor skills.
These exercises work to reduce the burden placed on the player, and through the exchange of work between the physical side and the mental side of learning is a unified process involving the mental and physical aspects.
Therefore, the ability to mental perception of the general variables affecting performance, as it is used for the purpose of materializing performance by reviewing Skill mentally This includes the elimination of mistakes by visualizing the correct technique of artistic performance The fifth section included a set of research conclusions to pour into the core of the research, including the need to use mental perception in skills that need a quick reaction and neurological compatibility in the performance.
The objectives of the research were: 1.
Preparation and application of exercises for the mental perception of players for the junior class.2.
Identify the impact of mental perception exercises in learning some basic skills of boxers for young peopleThe research hypotheses were: 1.
There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post tests of the two research groups (control - experimental) and in favor of the post test.2.
There are statistically significant differences between the post tests for two experimental control groups and for the experimental group.
The main conclusions: 1.
The importance of both skilled education and mental imaging training in beginners learning some basic boxing skills.2.
The training on mental perception associated with skill education is effective in teaching beginners some basic boxing skillsThe recommendations were: 1.
Essential design and use of mental perception in all skills that need high concentration and quick reaction.
