The aim of the research is to prepare repetitive exercises The researchers used the experimental design of the two experimental groups.

The study sample consisted of (14)players in the volley ball which was chosen by the intentional method.

The sample was divided into two experimental groups by lot by (7)players per set.

The duration of the training program lasted (8)weeks and with (3)training units per week and after the implementation of the training program the researchers reached several conclusions.

The continuation of the (8) week retraining and regular training is effective in developing the explosive and speeding ability of the muscles of both men and arms.

The development of explosive and rapid speed capability using retraining exercises has had appositive impact on improving the performance of the volley ball.

The researchers recommended the use of the deep with different heights in the development of explosive and characteristic speed of the muscles because of their effectiveness in improving the vertical jump distance and the need to adopt heights that achieved the highest biases and move away from Elevation that did not achieve good biases also carry out similar studies on different age groups
