Abstract EN

This article aims to get to know the relation between the skills of strategic planning and creative thinking in one hand, and the job performance of those who are working in charity organizations in Yemen on the other hand.

it also demonstrates the effects of these skills on the performance of the working staff.

the researcher employs the descriptive analytical method.

a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the required sample, viz.

130 were distributed to the working staff of the charity organizations.

the study concludes with a number of results, the most important of which are: there is a positive relationship between the skills of strategic planning and creative thinking and the performance of the working staff of the charity organizations.

the study emphasizes that there is an effect of strategic planning and creative thinking on the performance of working staff.

the study asserts that strategic planning and creative thinking are in a good scale and the results are acceptable.

thus, the study recommends that the working staff should be involved in the strategic plans and make a special unit for creativity and development.
