Abstract EN

This article aims to shed light on the impact of strategic planning on developing human resources from an Islamic perspective, through reviewing modern and contemporary concepts, theories and trends, starting with the concept of human resources and human resources management, proceeding to the concepts of strategic management and strategic planning, and ending with the concept, basics and trends of developing human resources in contemporary administrative thought.

simultaneously, the researcher has extrapolated what corresponds to those concepts and theories and demonstrated the aspects of the impact of strategic planning on developing human resources from the Islamic perspective.

the researcher has concluded that strategic planning for developing human resources based on the Islamic perspective is realistic, flexible and compatible with human honor and nature, leading to a great impact on the effectiveness of performance.

taking into account the principles of shura or participation in decision-making and planning in various fields is the most important aspect in doing that.

however, this is not determined by a specific pattern or restricted to a certain mechanism, considering the employment and appointment criteria of employees enabling them to acquire skills and abilities, thus leading to achieving the impact of strategic planning on developing the human recourses from an Islamic perspective.
