Abstract EN

This article aims to clarify worships priority when jostling, and here lies the need of conducting this study.

if two or more worships come at the same time, we have to perform one prior to the other, hence balance jurisprudence, and worships do not have the same status of importance, hence priority jurisprudence.

the study employs the inductive descriptive and analytical approach.

it is divided into seven sections, namely an introduction, five main sections and conclusion.

it concludes that some worships should be preceded when jostling, according to time, and ‘fardh ayin’ should precede ‘fardh kifayah’, and ‘wajib’ should precede ‘mandoub’.

that whose time comes should precede that whose time is still far, and so on.

in fact, the study deals with worships priority when jostling according to time or place of performance, taking sharia into careful consideration.
