Abstract EN

This article aims to study Jamal Aldeen Mohammed ben Zyad Alwadhahi’s book “Almisbah Almunir wa almurshid lil’aber fima yata’laq bi-alhajj wa almu’jir wa alajir” who died in 1135ah, talking about performing hajj on behalf of a person, and its provisions such as the money paid, agreement between the contractors, etc.

i have collected it from different sources and references.

i have investigated it in this study in three sections, namely an introduction and two main sections.

the first section is further divided into subsections, the first of which introduces the author including his name, lineage, surname, birth and death, his teachers and students, his scientific status and books.

the second subsection tackles introducing the manuscript, its subject matter, its title and documenting it to the author, and his references, terms used, describing it and some of its models.

the second section deals with investigating the manuscript.
