Abstract EN

This article studies the child’s parenting rights according to Imam Ibn Alqayyim (d : 751AH) in his book “Tuhfat Almawdood bi-ahakam almalood”, exploring the child’s social and moral rights.

Ibn Alqayyim clarifies in his book the perfect method in parenting the child and cares about his social and moral rights throughout the childhood stages, viz.

early, intermediate and late until puberty.

the article consists of an introduction, introducing Imam Ibn Alqayyim and in his book “Tuhfat Almawdood bi ahakam almawlood”, clarification of the child’s social and moral rights according to Imam Ibn Alqayyim and the conclusion, including the findings.
