This article aims to clarify the jurisprudential adaptation of electronic medical dissemination especially under the current stream of advertisements for medical products as a means of promoting medicines and medical services.

It also characterizes the reality of medical dissemination and how this electronic service should be restricted.

Based on the legislator’s concern of preserving people’s safety and health, specialists have warned about the emergence of multiple serious negatives in medical dissemination.

The study includes two sections, the first of which introduces the medical dissemination, its importance, and its relation to marketing.

The second deals with jurisprudential adaptation in dissemination contract, the contract’s provision and scholars’ opinions in this aspect.

The study concludes with a number of findings, the most important of which are: medical dissemination is, in principle, permissible if it is without legal prohibitions.

However, it is necessary to consider the results in terms of promoters, and to take medical permission in disseminating medicinal products.
