Abstract EN

This article aims to shed light on the jurisprudence guidelines in baab “Alselm” min Kitaab “Nehayat Almatlab fi Derayat Almadhab” by Imam Aljowayni (D.

478AH).

I have briefly tackled the biography of Imam Alharamayn Aljowayni, through his name, his lineage, his birth, his upbringing, his teachers, his students, his scientific implications and his death .

I have also defined his book “Nehayat Almatlab” its content, its importance, the scholars' praise on it, and the approach of Imam Aljowayni.

The jurisprudential guidelines, jurisprudential rules have been addressed, clarifying the difference between them.

These guidelines have been elicited from baab Alsalam .

The study employs the inductive and deductive approach.

It also employs the analytical approach to studying the meaning of the guidelines in terms of language and overall meaning, providing evidence and examples for this.

The study concludes with the study findings, its references, appendix, etc.
