This article aims to studies Anas Ibn Malik’s hadith in pricing.

it also aims to show what Sunna has provided regarding pricing, the meaning of pricing and its reality, clarifying the difference in this issue.

it tries to pinpoint the preferred opinion.

the study employs the inductive and analytic approach, bringing out the text of the hadith, its narrators, judging it.

it also pinpoints the meaning of its terms and utterances, its significance and the scholars’ opinions on it and their evidence.

this is coupled with the preferred opinions in this issue, pointing out some of the benefits of the hadith in question.

the study concludes that pricing should, in principle, be abandoned and that it is possible to set pricing in some cases.
