Abstract EN

This articles aims to study the manuscript “Tuhafat Alikhwan wa Alkhawas fi tafseer surat Alikhlas” by Abdulwasi’ ben Abdulrahman ben Mohammed ben Abdullah Alqurashi, Alolufi Alyamani (d.

1108AH).

The study is divided into two parts.

The first part introduces the author: his name, scientific life, his teachers and students, and his influential scientific opinions.

It also introduces the book: the title, the author’s approach, approach of investigation, describing the manuscript and giving some examples.

The second part investigates the manuscript text scientifically.

The study concludes with a number of findings including: the Holy Qur’an is a miracle in preciseness and conciseness.

The short Surat includes many meanings, which need several volumes for interpretation.

The Islamic library is full of many manuscripts in various sciences, which need much research and investigation.
