Abstract EN

The article aims to clarify the approach in which Surat Al-Ahzab dealt with Zihar and Adoption, and the necessity of following the Qur’an in eradicating and correcting these habits to preserve the integrity of the family and the community.

The study employs the inductive and analytical approach in tracing the verses that deal with Adoption and Zihar, to clarify the approach of dealing with these two phenomena.

The study concludes that the approach of the Holy Qur’an in treating bad habits and gradual abolition of inherent habits is the best way to eradicate them from society, to build connected society, free from pests, as followed by the Holy Qur’an in prohibiting alcohol, adoption and zihar.
