Abstract EN

This article aims to demonstrate the effect of time management on the average performance of human resources from an Islamic point of view in Al-Jouk Oil Technology Company in Libya.

It also aims to explore the impact of factors on the formulation of goals and priorities, self-management, management by delegation, and the rate of performance of human resources in the company.

The study extracts a model from the literature and previous studies and formulates the study hypotheses.

This study also deals with the theoretical aspect of the concept, importance, and time management methods.

Besides, the study reviews the importance of time management factors and variables that affect the performance of human resources, represented by formulating goals and priorities, self-management, and management by delegation.

The study sample includes 290 employees of Al- Jouk Oil Technology Company in Libya.

The study collects data using a questionnaire.

It uses the Smart-PLS program to test the reliability, validity, saturations, and coefficient of variation of findings.

It also uses a constructive model to test the main hypotheses.

The study results show a positive effect of statistical significance at a significant level (α≤0.05) between the formulation of goals and priorities, self-management, and management by delegation with the performance of human resources management.

All the values indicate agreement of statistical standards where the value of t is ( )81307 310.3 111322( while the effect of formulating the goals and priorities is )370 ،303 ،012..(, which is positive.
