This study aims to shed light on “the impact of electronic management in improving the performance of employees.” The environment of this study was on Libya’s phone company in the city of Zawia to identify the most important problems and obstacles that this organization suffers from, as companies operating in the world of communications are responsible first and foremost for progress And development and linking the world as one integrated unit, and the study was based on a set of questions represented in (What is the reality of the application of electronic management in the company under study from the point of view of employees?).To what extent are the administrative requirements necessary to apply electronic management in improving the performance of employees and what is the level of their actual performance? To what extent does the development of human resources play in enhancing the contents of electronic management on the company's performance? As well as the extent of availability of capabilities (human, technical, financial) and their impact on the application of electronic management).

The hypotheses of the study were represented in the main hypothesis that there is a statistically significant effect of the level of electronic management on the performance level of the employees of the Libya Telecom Company in ALZAWIYAH, and from it branch into the sub-hypotheses represented in the first sub-hypothesis, there is a decrease in the level of capabilities and the second sub-hypothesis there is a decrease in the culture of middle management for the level of management e .

As for the study community, it was represented by (30) middle management officials, and after distributing the questionnaire form to the study sample, (24) questionnaires were obtained, and the total return rate was (80%).

There is a decrease in the level of electronic management, and this is a decrease in the level of performance of the company’s employees, and this proves the existence of a direct (positive) effect of statistical significance for the level of electronic management on the level of employee performance, as (76.91%) of the change in the level of employee performance is due to the change in the level of electronic management If the performance level of employees is not affected except by the level of electronic management, and increasing the level of electronic management by one unit leads to an increase in the performance level of employees by (0.916) of the unit.

In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the company’s management the necessity of spreading the work culture in electronic management and employing it in all its contents, training and continuous development for all employees of their various functional levels, developing computerized management information systems and working to provide the necessary budgets to append all information and requirements of the transition to electronic management.
