Abstract EN

The shrewdness of Jews and their hostility towards Muslims through history is evident.

Their methods of shrewdness and cunningness to dilute Islam is obvious and need no proof.

In particular the concept of war has evolved through time and has become more comprehensive and broad.

It has surpassed the concept of battle fields to include the fields of thoughts, science, and technology.

It has also been known in the war of economies, agriculture and water.

With the same token, the concept of peace is no longer a narrow and limited one, since it has similarly evolved to a comprehensive and broader concept.

In this regard, this study is investigating the concept of normalization or what has become known as (the normalization of Israeli-Arab relationship) exploring its aspects, types, and its legality in the Sharia law.

The study concluded that the normalization means to bring up a change in the pattern of the Islamic behavior towards Jews and their state, Israel.

Normalization also means to submit to Israel’s security and regional demands which enforces the existence of diplomatic relationship and political, economic and tourist exchange.

It also means that the agreements, treaties, and normalization conferences has an implication from sharia law perspective that indicate loyalty to Jews, and not peace or truce.

And, hence, the normalization of relationship with Jews is Haram from Islamic sharia law perspective because it opposes the explicit Islamic texts and the provisions of the Islamic sharia both in the Quran and Sannah, and the Islamic nation’s consensus.
