Abstract EN

This article aims to address uniting hearts in Islamic jurisprudence, by order, prohibiting or permissibly.

The study employs the inductive analytical approach, concluding that uniting hearts has an effect in jurisprudential judgement.

It affects the judgment necessarily and possibly to do things or abandoning them.

it also affects abandoning some permissible things, and things that are not permissible to do.

The study concludes with identifying the restrictions which regulate dealing with this issue.

It is worth noting that uniting hearts does not necessarily imply eliminating difference of opinions, abandoning the best of sayings and deeds.

It also does not mean taking part in something prohibited.

Uniting hearts does not permit favoring things against Sharia or losing them.

It does not cancel doing good and forbidding evil.

It is rather necessary to follow the most appropriate method in calling for piety and goodness.
