The research two goals, preparation exercises calm commensurate with the severity of the curriculum as well as to identify the impact of some of the exercises in accordance with the pulse of 120 z / d Index to restore hospitalization in completing the pool of 800 m speed either hypotheses have, assumed the researcher, the presence of a statistically significant between the two tests differences prior and subsequent to the research variables and for the post-test, and also assumed the existence of differences in the post tests between the experimental and control group and the experimental group Then apply this research on a sample of swimmers Kadhimiya Sports Club in Baghdad, where the sample was selected purposively and represent the research community Besbahin category (the applicants) for the sports season (2017) and totaling (8) swimmers specialists swim 800 m, where they were deployed into two groups by lottery simple random to represent the first experimental group and the second control group.

It was an experiment in the pool (Kadhimiya Club) Sports The researcher went out the results of the most important exercises that calm helped restore the exception of the pool of 800 m speed.

Thus, the researcher recommends the need to use physiological tests to ease the training loads in accordance with the pulse of the process of healing and calming exercises use other means because of its Tire positive in the process of evolution in the indicator of achievement.
