This study aimed to identify the level of strategic performance and the level of administrative performance efficiency of managers and assistants of sports activity, through the construction of a tool to measure strategic performance and measure performance efficiency, the researcher used the descriptive method in the survey and correlative method as it is the appropriate approach to the nature of this research, Sports activity in the sports activity directorates, the strategic performance and the level of efficiency of the administrative performance were measured by means of a questionnaire.
