Abstract EN

In this study, we try to investigate and identify the effect of hemoglobin concentration on the speed of cardiac recovery for women trainees, as well as to identify and detect some of the disorders posed by loads and doses training on cardiac indicators of blood pressure and heart rate at rest and after physical exertion.

As for the research problem, we have noticed that many of the trained women have a slow process of functional healing after performing physical effort.

Anemia can lead to physical stress, fatigue and functional disorders.

The most important functions of the blood is the transfer of oxygen, food and biological compounds to tissues, especially the compound hemoglobin, which plays a pivotal role in cardiac respiratory home, as well as the level of hemoglobin concentration in women, especially during and after the menstrual cycle.

The researcher also used the descriptive method for its relevance and the nature of the research, as the research community was chosen by the deliberate method of the number (12) trainees, as well as the use of appropriate statistical methods in order to achieve the objectives of the research and hypotheses.
